Meat Roll

How to Cook MEAT ROLL


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 5 tsp yeast
  • ½ cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Add:
  • 7 cups all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ scalded milk
  • 2 pieces egg
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp dough improver
  • Filling:
  • 1 kg pork meat (boiled and diced)
  • ½ kg chicken breast (boiled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup catsup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 8 pieces egg (boiled and diced)
  • Bread crumbs

UTENSILS NEEDED
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring glass
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Wire whip
  • Baking sheets
  • Dough cutter
  • Pastry brush
  • Spatula
  • Wooden Ladle
  • Can opener

PROCEDURE
1. Soften yeast with lukewarm water until frothy. Add sugar, melted butter, slightly beaten eggs, scalded milk, and water.
2. Stir slightly. Add flour, mix thoroughly and knead until smooth and elastic. Ferment until double in bulk for 1 hr.
3. Punch down and cut into desired pieces.
4. Bake at 375 °F for 15 – 20 minutes.
